Taking care of Property Managers since 1998 (816)625-3662

Welcome

When landlords and tenants become involved in legal disputes, many people have a tendency to side with the “little guy” or the “underdog.” The results is that the rights of the landlord are often trampled, leaving him or her deprived of fair payment or making it difficult to turn a profit. We help our landlord clients resolve their issues quickly and effectively.

Step 3: Writ of Execution

Several cases require the Sheriff's department to physically evict your tenant. This occurs in most counties 10 days after the court has found judgment in your favor. If the ten day period has lapsed and your tenant is still on your property, please fill out the below form. You will receive an additional invoice for this service.
